CLOUD HOUSE & TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part Cloud House
  • 3 parts Tonic Water

METHOD

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 3 parts tonic water
  3. Add 1 part Cloud House
  4. Garnish

GARNISH

CLOUDY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 parts Cloud House
  • 1 part White Rum
  • 1/2 part Espresso

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain into coupe/martini glass.
  4. Garnish.

GARNISH

3 coffee beans

COLOMBIAN OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Cloud House
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Cacao Bitters (or your preferred chocolate or orange bitters)

METHOD

  1. Add bitters to a glass
  2. Add Cloud House to the glass
  3. Add ice to the glass, stir and garnish
